How We Calculate It

Our assumptions, stated plainly.

We'd rather show our working than overclaim. These are the assumptions behind the estimate — set them above, and we'll replace them with your real numbers during a demo.

Admin hours

We take the monthly hours you enter and annualise them (× 12). That is the only figure we start from — there are no hidden multipliers for agents, processors or statement volume.

Blended cost

Saved time is valued at the blended hourly rate you set (default $45/hour). Your true figure depends on who actually does this work each month.

Manual-effort reduction

You choose how much manual effort automation removes (default 75%). The remaining time covers review, approvals and genuine exceptions — work worth keeping. It's an assumption you set, not a guaranteed result.
